Ingredient of Homemade mutton Curry
500 gram mutton cut, 2-3 big table spoon yogurt (Dahi well mixed), Haldi Powder(Turmeric), Comin seeds (Khada Jira), Jira Powder (Cumin), Dhaniya Powder (Coriander), Chili Powder( Lal Mirch), Kashmiri Mirch Powder for color, Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch), Choti Elaichi (small cardamom), Laung (Collins), Cinnamon (Dalchinni), Tejpatta (Bay leaf), Mustard Oil, Ghee, Saunf powder (Fennel Seeds Powder ), Tomato Purry, Onion 250 gram to 300 gram finished chopped, Green Chili, Ginger Garlic Paste, Garam Masala powder, Salt to taste and coriander green leaves.
Making Process of Homemade Mutton Curry
We start this process to wash gently our whole meat and clean it properly then stain it in a vessels, marinate it with 2 to 3 big spoon yogurt, 1 small spoon Red chili, 1 small spoon salt mix well and keep aside for 15 minute to 30 minute. Put Pressure cooker on oven and wait till hot then pour 100 to 150 gram mustard oil and 2 table spoon ghee in it when it became hot add 3-4 cardamom, 3-4 Collins, 1-2 bay leaves, 1 cinnamon, 1 small Table Spoon Cumin seeds, 3-4 cut green chili fry it for 2 minutes then add finished chopped onion in it and fry it almost 15-20 minute when onion became reddish brown then add 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste fry it for five minute then add 2 table spoon Turmeric powder, 1 table spoon cumin powder, 1 table spoon Fennel Seeds Powder (Saunf), 2 table Spoon coriander Powder, 1 table spoon red chili powder, 2-3 tomato purry, 1 table spoon black pepper powder and salt to taste fry it well upto 10 minute when oil are visible from mixture then add marinated mutton, fry it till color of mutton became changed and oil are clearly visible from mixture 10 to 15 minute is appropriate. Add 200 gram water in it and close pressure cooker upto 3 to 4 vessels or wait upto 20 minute on low flame. Wait until whole pressure in cooker became empty then open it and see the color of your Indian Style homemade mutton curry and add 1 table spoon garam masal on low flame, some green coriander leaves wait for 5 minute and then close your oven.
